Adventure Time is an American animated television series created by Pendleton Ward for Cartoon Network. The fourth season of Adventure Time premiered on April 2, 2012, and concluded on October 22, 2012. The season contains a total of 26 episodes.

The fourth season of Adventure Time continues to follow the adventures of Finn the Human and his best friend and adoptive brother, Jake the Dog, who has magical powers to change shape and size at will. They live in the post-apocalyptic Land of Ooo and interact with various characters, including Princess Bubblegum, the Ice King, and Marceline the Vampire Queen.
Throughout the season, Finn and Jake embark on various quests and face numerous challenges. Key storylines include Finn's growing feelings for Flame Princess, the Ice King's backstory, and the exploration of Marceline's past.
