Aerolínea de Antioquia (ADA) was a regional airline based in Medellín, Colombia. It primarily operated domestic flights within Colombia, focusing on connecting smaller cities and towns with larger urban centers.

Aerolínea de Antioquia was founded in 1987. The airline aimed to provide reliable air transport services to regions that were underserved by larger carriers. Over the years, ADA expanded its network to include several destinations across Colombia.

ADA operated a fleet of small aircraft, including the Beechcraft 1900 and the Dornier 328. These aircraft were well-suited for short-haul flights and could operate in airports with shorter runways.

In March 2019, Aerolínea de Antioquia ceased operations due to financial difficulties. The closure left a gap in air connectivity for many of the smaller destinations it served.
