Ahold Delhaize is a Dutch-Belgian multinational retail corporation, formed in July 2016 as a result of the merger between Ahold and Delhaize Group. The company operates supermarkets and e-commerce businesses. Its portfolio includes several well-known supermarket brands in the United States and Europe.

Ahold and Delhaize Group announced their merger plans in June 2015. The merger was completed after regulatory clearance in the United States and Europe. The new company, Ahold Delhaize, was listed on Euronext Amsterdam and Euronext Brussels.

Ahold Delhaize operates in several countries worldwide with a significant presence in the United States and Europe. The company's brands include Food Lion, Hannaford, Giant Food, and Stop & Shop in the United States, and Albert Heijn and Delhaize in Europe.

The company is governed by a Board of Directors and an Executive Committee, both of which include members from the former Ahold and Delhaize companies.
