Aleutians East Borough is a second-class borough located in the U.S. state of Alaska. As of the 2020 census, the population was 3,337. The borough seat is Sand Point. The borough was formed in 1987 from part of the Aleutian Islands Census Area. It includes the westernmost part of the Alaska Peninsula, and a number of islands and islets in the Bering Sea.

Aleutians East Borough is located at the western tip of the Alaska Peninsula. It is bordered by the Bering Sea to the north and the Pacific Ocean to the south. The borough includes several large islands, including Unimak Island, Unga Island, and the Shumagin Islands.
