Alice Eve (born 6 February 1982) is a British actress known for her roles in film and television. She has appeared in a variety of genres, showcasing her versatility as an actress.
Early Life[edit | edit source]
Alice Sophia Eve was born in London, England. She is the daughter of actors Trevor Eve and Sharon Maughan. Alice has two younger brothers, Jack and George. She attended Bedales School and later took her A-levels at Westminster School in London. Following her secondary education, she studied at the Beverly Hills Playhouse and then read English at St Catherine's College, Oxford.

Alice Eve's acting career began with stage performances, including roles in plays such as Les Liaisons Dangereuses and Rock 'n' Roll. Her breakthrough in film came with her role in Starter for 10 (2006), where she starred alongside James McAvoy.
She gained further recognition for her role in the romantic comedy She's Out of My League (2010), where she played the lead female character, Molly. Alice Eve also appeared in Sex and the City 2 (2010) and had a notable role in Men in Black 3 (2012) as the younger version of Emma Thompson's character, Agent O.
In 2013, she starred in Star Trek Into Darkness as Dr. Carol Marcus, a role that brought her significant attention from the science fiction community. She continued to work in both film and television, with roles in Before We Go (2014), Entourage (2015), and the Netflix series Iron Fist (2018).

Alice Eve married her high school sweetheart, financier Alex Cowper-Smith, in 2014. However, the couple divorced in 2017. She has heterochromia, a condition where her eyes are two different colors; one eye is blue, and the other is green.
