Allied Domecq was a British multinational alcoholic beverages company that operated from 1994 to 2005. It was one of the largest spirits and wine producers in the world, with a diverse portfolio of well-known brands.

Allied Domecq was formed in 1994 through the merger of Allied Lyons and Pedro Domecq. The company had its headquarters in Bristol, England. It quickly became a major player in the global alcoholic beverages industry, with a strong presence in both the spirits and wine markets.

Throughout its existence, Allied Domecq acquired and developed a wide range of popular brands. Some of its most notable acquisitions included the purchase of Beefeater Gin, Ballantine's Scotch Whisky, and Malibu Rum. These brands, along with others like Courvoisier Cognac and Kahlúa, contributed to Allied Domecq's success and global recognition.

In 2005, Allied Domecq was acquired by Pernod Ricard, a French spirits company, in a deal worth £7.4 billion. This acquisition made Pernod Ricard the second-largest spirits company in the world at the time.
