Andrea Evangelina Rodríguez Perozo (1879–1947) was a pioneering physician and women's rights advocate from the Dominican Republic. She is recognized as the first woman to practice medicine in the country and was a prominent figure in the fight for women's rights and social reform.

Andrea Evangelina Rodríguez Perozo was born in San Rafael del Yuma, a small town in the Dominican Republic, in 1879. Rodríguez Perozo attended primary school in her hometown before moving to Santo Domingo to continue her education.
