Arthur Gould Schatzkin was an American nutritional epidemiologist.

Birth and death[edit | edit source]

He was born on February 11, 1948 in New York City and died on January 20, 2011 in Chevy Chase, Maryland.

Education[edit | edit source]

He is alumni of Yale University, SUNY Downstate College of Medicine and Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health

Career[edit | edit source]

He served as faculty at Boston University and spent much of his career at the National Cancer Institute.
