In other parts of the world, barbecue chicken takes on different flavors. For example, in Jamaica, jerk chicken is a popular dish that involves marinating the chicken in a spicy mixture of allspice, Scotch bonnet peppers, and other ingredients, then grilling it over pimento wood.
