Beat Bobby Flay is an American cooking competition television show that airs on the Food Network. The show premiered on March 3, 2014, and is hosted by celebrity chef Bobby Flay. In each episode, two chefs compete against each other in a culinary battle to create a dish that can beat Bobby Flay.

The format of the show consists of two rounds: the preliminary round and the final round. In the preliminary round, two guest chefs compete against each other to create a dish using a secret ingredient chosen by Bobby Flay. The guest chefs have 20 minutes to prepare their dish, after which Bobby Flay tastes and critiques their creations.
After the preliminary round, Bobby Flay chooses one chef to compete against him in the final round. The final round is a head-to-head battle between Bobby Flay and the winning chef. Both chefs have 45 minutes to create their own version of a dish using the secret ingredient. The dishes are then presented to a panel of judges, who blind taste and evaluate them. The chef whose dish is deemed better by the judges is declared the winner.
