- Beaver is a borough in and the county seat of Beaver County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is located at the confluence of the Beaver and Ohio Rivers, approximately 30 miles northwest of Pittsburgh. As of the 2010 census, the borough population was 4,531. The borough is a Tree City USA community.

- Beaver was laid out in 1792 in an area that was originally part of the French and Indian War's disputed grounds. It was incorporated on March 27, 1800, and grew steadily in the 19th century as a regional center of commerce and industry.
