Berkeley College, Yale University
Berkeley College is one of the fourteen residential colleges at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. Named after George Berkeley, an influential philosopher and former Bishop of Cloyne, the college was established in 1934 as part of Yale's residential college system.

Berkeley College was one of the original residential colleges created by Yale University in the early 1930s. The college was named in honor of George Berkeley, who is known for his contributions to the field of philosophy, particularly empiricism and idealism. Berkeley College was designed by the architectural firm of Delano & Aldrich and features a combination of Collegiate Gothic and Georgian architecture.

The architecture of Berkeley College is notable for its blend of Collegiate Gothic and Georgian styles. The college's main courtyard, known as the North Court, is surrounded by buildings that feature traditional Gothic elements such as pointed arches, ribbed vaults, and flying buttresses. The South Court features Georgian-style buildings with red brick facades and white trim.
