Bethayres, Pennsylvania is a unincorporated community located in Montgomery County, in the United States. It is part of the Lower Moreland Township and is served by the Lower Moreland Township School District.

Bethayres was originally a part of the William Penn land grant in the late 17th century. The community's name is derived from the Welsh words "beth" (meaning house) and "ayres" (meaning acres), reflecting the area's early Welsh influence.

Bethayres is located in the southeastern part of Montgomery County, bordered by Huntingdon Valley to the north and the Pennypack Creek to the south. The community is primarily residential, with a mix of single-family homes, townhouses, and apartments.

Bethayres is served by the Bethayres Station, which is part of the SEPTA Regional Rail's West Trenton Line. The community is also accessible by several major roads, including Route 63 and Route 232.
