Beulah Levy Ledner (January 5, 1912 – March 30, 1988) was an American baker and entrepreneur, best known for her creation of the Doberge cake, a popular dessert in New Orleans, Louisiana. In the 1930s, Beulah Levy Ledner began her baking career in New Orleans. She initially started baking from her home kitchen, selling cakes to friends and neighbors. Her business quickly grew due to the popularity of her cakes, particularly the Doberge cake, which she adapted from the Hungarian Dobos torte.

The Doberge cake, a layered dessert filled with custard and covered in a thin layer of buttercream and fondant, became Ledner's signature creation. In 1946, Ledner opened her first bakery, "Beulah Ledner's Bakery," in New Orleans. Her business thrived, and she became known as the "Doberge Queen of New Orleans." In 1970, she sold her bakery to Gambino's Bakery, a well-known New Orleans establishment, but continued to work there for several years, ensuring the quality and authenticity of her recipes.
