- Big Lake is a city located in Reagan County, Texas, United States. As of the 2010 census, the city had a total population of 2,936. It is the county seat of Reagan County.

- Big Lake was founded in the early 20th century as a small railroad town. It was named for a dry lake, a unique geological feature situated atop the Edwards Plateau in the southwestern part of the state.

- Big Lake is located at 31°11′37″N 101°27′32″W. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.2 square miles (3.1 km²), all of it land.
