- Big Pine Key is an island in the lower Florida Keys, United States. It is the largest of the Lower Keys and is noted for its sizeable population of Key Deer, a deer species that is unique to the Florida Keys and is listed as endangered. Big Pine Key is located about 100 miles (160 km) east-southeast of Key West and 30 miles (48 km) east of Marathon, Florida.

- Big Pine Key is located at 24.7 degrees north, 81.4 degrees west. The island is approximately 10 miles (16 km) long and 2 miles (3.2 km) wide. The key is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the Gulf of Mexico to the west.
