- Blountville is a unincorporated community and county seat of Sullivan County, Tennessee, United States. It is located in the northeastern part of the state, and is part of the Kingsport–Bristol (TN)–Bristol (VA) Metropolitan Statistical Area, which is a component of the Johnson City–Kingsport–Bristol, TN-VA Combined Statistical Area – commonly known as the "Tri-Cities" region.

- Blountville is a small community with a rich history. The town was established in 1795, making it the oldest county seat in Tennessee. Despite its small size, Blountville offers a variety of amenities and attractions, including the Sullivan County Courthouse, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and the Tri-Cities Airport, which serves the entire Tri-Cities region.
