Bob Chapek is an American media executive known for his tenure as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The Walt Disney Company. He succeeded Bob Iger as CEO in February 2020. Bob Chapek was born in 1960 in Hammond, Indiana. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Indiana University Bloomington and later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business.

Before joining Disney, Chapek worked in brand management at H. J. Heinz Company and in advertising at J. Walter Thompson.

Chapek joined The Walt Disney Company in 1993, initially working in the company's Home Entertainment division. Over the years, he held various leadership roles, including:
- President of Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment
- President of Distribution for Walt Disney Studios

In 2015, Chapek was appointed Chairman of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, overseeing the company's iconic theme parks, resorts, and consumer products.
