Brightloom was originally founded as Eatsa in 2015 by Scott Drummond and Tim Young. The company started as a fast-casual restaurant chain that used automated systems to prepare and serve meals. In 2019, the company shifted its focus from operating restaurants to providing technology solutions for the restaurant industry and rebranded as Brightloom.

Brightloom offers a digital experience platform that integrates with a restaurant's existing systems to provide a unified customer experience across all digital touchpoints. The platform includes features for online ordering, loyalty programs, personalized marketing, and customer analytics.

Partnerships[edit | edit source]

In 2019, Brightloom entered into a strategic partnership with Starbucks to license the coffee chain's digital flywheel technology. The partnership allows Brightloom to integrate Starbucks' technology into its platform and offer it to other restaurants.
