Bristol Bay Borough is a borough of the U.S. state of Alaska. Located on the northern coast of the Alaska Peninsula, it is bordered by Lake and Peninsula Borough to the south and west, and by the Dillingham Census Area to the north. The borough seat is Naknek. As of the 2020 census, the population was 877.

Bristol Bay Borough encompasses a total area of 888 square miles, of which 504 square miles is land and 384 square miles is water. The borough is named for Bristol Bay, a body of water in the Bering Sea.

The economy of Bristol Bay Borough is primarily based on commercial fishing, particularly for salmon. The borough is home to the world's largest sockeye salmon fishery.
