The series originally aired from October 2000 to January 2001, serving as a spin-off of the Toy Story franchise. It follows the adventures of Buzz Lightyear (voiced by Patrick Warburton), a space ranger who battles the evil Emperor Zurg and other threats to the galaxy. Buzz's team includes Princess Mira Nova, a Tangean royal with phasing abilities; Booster, a simple-minded yet loyal Jo-Adian; and XR, a robot created by the Little Green Men.
