COBIT

COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies) is a framework created by ISACA for information technology (IT) management and IT governance. The framework is designed to help organizations develop, organize, and implement strategies around information management and governance.

History

COBIT was first released in 1996 and has since undergone several updates to address the evolving needs of IT governance and management. The most recent version, COBIT 2019, was released to provide more comprehensive and flexible guidance.
