The Canadian Partnership for Women and Children's Health (CanWaCH) is a coalition of Canadian organizations dedicated to improving the health and rights of women and children around the world. Established in 2010, CanWaCH works to enhance the impact of Canadian contributions to global health and development efforts.

CanWaCH was founded in response to the global need for coordinated efforts to address health challenges faced by women and children. The organization emerged from the Muskoka Initiative, a commitment made by the Canadian government during the 2010 G8 Summit to improve maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH) in developing countries.

CanWaCH's mission is to improve the health and rights of women and children globally by enhancing the effectiveness of Canadian development efforts. The organization focuses on several key objectives:
