Carlos Iván Oyarzun Guiñez (born October 26, 1981, in Santiago, Chile) is a retired Chilean professional road cyclist. He competed professionally from 2006 to 2015 for various teams, including Benfica and Caja Rural.

Carlos Oyarzun began his professional cycling career in 2006 with the Spanish team Viña Magna-Cropu. Over the years, he rode for several other teams, showcasing his abilities in various international competitions. Notably, Oyarzun was part of the Movistar Team Continental in 2011, a development team for the main Movistar Team.
In 2015, while riding for Louletano-Dunas Douradas, Oyarzun tested positive for a banned substance during the Pan American Games. As a result, he was disqualified from the games and subsequently faced a suspension from professional cycling.

Following this incident, Oyarzun faced a lengthy ban, which significantly impacted his professional career.
