- Carrollton is a village in Carroll County, Ohio, United States. It serves as the county seat and is located in the northeastern part of the state. The village is part of the Canton-Massillon, OH Metropolitan Statistical Area.

- Carrollton was established in 1833 and named after Charles Carroll of Carrollton, the last surviving signer of the United States Declaration of Independence. The village has a rich history that is deeply intertwined with the development of Ohio and the Midwest.
Geography[edit | edit source]
- Carrollton is located at 40°34′39″N 81°5′15″W. According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 2.45 square miles, all land.

- As of the 2010 census, there were 3,241 people, 1,427 households, and 835 families residing in the village. The population density was 1,323.7 inhabitants per square mile.
