Cebu Doctors' University (CDU) is a private university located in Mandaue, Cebu, Philippines. It is known for its focus on health sciences and medical education. The university was originally established as Cebu Doctors' College in 1975 and was granted university status in 2004.

Cebu Doctors' University was founded by Dr. Potenciano V. Larrazabal, Jr. and his wife, Zenaida V. Larrazabal, with the aim of providing quality medical education in the region. Initially, it started as a college offering programs in nursing and other allied health sciences. Over the years, it expanded its academic offerings and facilities, eventually achieving university status.
