Chimay Brewery, also known as Abbaye Notre-Dame de Scourmont, is a Trappist brewery located in Chimay, Belgium. It is one of the eleven breweries in the world that are authorized to use the "Authentic Trappist Product" label.

The Chimay Brewery was founded in 1862 by monks from the Scourmont Abbey. The brewery has been producing beer for over 150 years and has gained international recognition for its high-quality Trappist beers.
