Chromate and dichromate
Chromate and Dichromate are chemical compounds containing the chromate (CrO4^2-) and dichromate (Cr2O7^2-) ions, respectively. These compounds are oxoanions of chromium in the +6 oxidation state, also known as hexavalent chromium.
