Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) is a labor union representing public sector employees in the state of New York. It is one of the largest and most influential unions in the United States, with a membership that includes state, county, municipal, school district, and private sector employees.

CSEA was founded in 1910 as the Association of State Civil Service Employees. The organization was established to advocate for the rights and benefits of civil service employees in New York State.
