Clarcor Inc. was a diversified manufacturer of mobile, industrial, and environmental filtration products. The company was founded in 1904 and was headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee. Clarcor operated through three segments: Engine/Mobile Filtration, Industrial/Environmental Filtration, and Packaging.

Clarcor was established in 1904 and initially focused on the production of packaging materials. Over the years, the company expanded its product line to include filtration products. In 1972, Clarcor went public and began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol CLC.

In 2017, Clarcor was acquired by Parker Hannifin, a global leader in motion and control technologies, for approximately $4.3 billion. This acquisition allowed Parker Hannifin to expand its filtration business and enhance its product offerings.
