Claudia Ștef (born 25 February 1978) is a retired Romanian athlete who specialized in racewalking. She is best known for her performance in the 20 kilometers race walk.

Claudia Ștef was born in Craiova, Romania. She began her athletic career focusing on racewalking, a discipline in which she would later achieve significant success.

Achievements[edit | edit source]

Claudia Ștef's most notable achievement came in the early 2000s. She competed in the 2000 Summer Olympics held in Sydney, where she participated in the women's 20 kilometers race walk. Although she did not win a medal, her participation marked her as one of the prominent racewalkers from Romania.

In addition to her Olympic appearance, Ștef also competed in various World Championships and European Championships, representing Romania on the international stage.
