Clifton T. Perkins Hospital Center is a psychiatric hospital located in Jessup, Maryland, United States. It is managed by the Maryland Department of Health and is one of the oldest state-run mental health facilities in Maryland.

The hospital was established in 1959 and was named after Dr. Clifton T. Perkins, a prominent psychiatrist and former superintendent of Springfield State Hospital. The hospital was initially designed to provide care for the criminally insane, but over the years, its mission has expanded to include a broader range of psychiatric services.
