The Culinary Workers Union, also known as Culinary Union, is a labor union representing hospitality workers in the Las Vegas Valley and Reno, Nevada. It is Local 226 of the Unite Here union, which represents workers throughout the United States and Canada in the hotel, gaming, food service, manufacturing, textile, distribution, laundry, transportation, and airport industries.
