The story of Dark Floors revolves around a father, Ben, and his autistic daughter, Sarah, who find themselves trapped in a hospital that becomes a nightmarish realm. As they attempt to escape, they encounter various supernatural entities and must navigate through increasingly bizarre and dangerous situations.
The film begins with Ben deciding to take Sarah out of the hospital due to concerns about her treatment. However, as they attempt to leave, the elevator they are in malfunctions, and they find themselves in a deserted and eerie version of the hospital. Along with a group of other trapped individuals, they must confront the terrifying creatures that inhabit this dark world.
