The organization is located in Forch, close to Zürich.
History[edit | edit source]

The person wishing to die has to be a member of Dignitas, they need to submit a formal request including a letter explaining their wish to die and most importantly, they need to be of sound judgement, furthermore, they need to submit a medical history and a prescription for the drug causing death.
Controversies[edit | edit source]
