Dirty Filthy Love is a British television film that was first broadcast on ITV on 26 September 2004. The film is a dark comedy-drama that explores the life of a man struggling with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and Tourette syndrome.

The story follows Mark Furness, an architect whose life is falling apart due to his increasingly severe OCD and Tourette syndrome. His compulsions and tics lead to the breakdown of his marriage and his job. Mark's journey takes a turn when he meets Charlotte, a woman who also has OCD. She introduces him to a support group where he begins to understand his condition and learns coping mechanisms.
