Disney Television Studios is a division of Walt Disney Television, which is a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company. It is responsible for the development, production, and distribution of television content across various platforms. The division was established to consolidate Disney's television production assets and streamline its operations.

Disney Television Studios was formed in 2019 as part of a reorganization of Disney's television production units. This reorganization followed Disney's acquisition of 21st Century Fox, which brought several television production companies under Disney's umbrella. The newly formed division combined the operations of ABC Studios, 20th Television, and Fox 21 Television Studios.
