Dragon Hunters
Dragon Hunters (Chasseurs de dragons) is a French animated television series created by Arthur Qwak and produced by the French company Futurikon. It was first broadcast in 2004 and spans two seasons with a total of 52 episodes. The series is set in a fantastical universe where dragons are a major threat to the small communities scattered across the world, which is made up of numerous floating islands. The story follows two main characters, Lian-Chu and Gwizdo, who are dragon hunters for hire, traveling from island to island in their airship, seeking out dragons to slay for those who can afford their services.

The world of Dragon Hunters is a fantastical realm where islands float in the sky, and dragons of all shapes and sizes roam freely, often terrorizing the inhabitants. Lian-Chu, a strong and silent warrior with a deep compassion for others, and Gwizdo, a cunning and talkative strategist with a penchant for contracts and negotiations, make an unlikely pair of heroes. Along with their pet, Hector, a small, blue, dragon-like creature, they embark on various adventures to hunt dragons, facing numerous challenges and meeting a variety of characters along the way. Despite their differences, Lian-Chu and Gwizdo share a deep bond and a common goal: to protect the innocent and make a living in the process.

- Lian-Chu - A powerful and skilled warrior with a gentle heart. He wields a large sword and has a personal vendetta against dragons, which stems from a tragic event in his childhood.
- Gwizdo - The brains of the duo, Gwizdo is responsible for finding their jobs and negotiating their fees. He is often cowardly in the face of danger but is loyal to Lian-Chu.
- Hector - A small creature that is part pet, part mascot for the duo. Hector has a playful and mischievous personality and occasionally assists in the dragon hunts.
- Jennyline - The owner of the inn where Lian-Chu and Gwizdo stay. She often provides them with jobs and information about dragon sightings.
- Zaza - A young girl who looks up to the dragon hunters and aspires to be like them. She often gets involved in their adventures.

Dragon Hunters explores themes of friendship, bravery, and the quest for identity. The series has been praised for its unique setting, imaginative creatures, and the dynamic between its main characters.
