Dragutin Topić (born 12 March 1971) is a retired Serbian high jumper who competed for Yugoslavia, Serbia and Montenegro, and Serbia during his career. He is known for his remarkable achievements in the high jump, including setting a world junior record.

Dragutin Topić was born in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. He began his athletic career at a young age, showing a natural talent for the high jump. Topić quickly rose through the ranks of junior athletics, setting numerous records and winning several competitions.

Topić's most notable achievement came in 1990 when he set the world junior record in the high jump with a leap of 2.37 meters. This record still stands today, making him one of the most successful junior high jumpers in history.

Throughout his career, Topić competed in multiple international competitions, including the Olympic Games, World Championships in Athletics, and the European Athletics Championships. He won several medals and consistently ranked among the top high jumpers in the world.
