The Drumstick is a popular brand of frozen dairy dessert that is produced by Nestlé. The Drumstick was invented by I.C. Parker of the Parker Brothers in 1928. The name "Drumstick" was chosen because the shape of the dessert resembled that of a chicken's drumstick.

The production of a Drumstick begins with the creation of the wafer cone. The cone is made from a mixture of flour, sugar, and water, which is baked until it becomes crispy. The inside of the cone is then coated with a layer of chocolate to prevent the ice cream from making the cone soggy.
Next, the cone is filled with ice cream. The type of ice cream used can vary, with flavors ranging from vanilla to chocolate to strawberry. Once the cone is filled, it is topped with a layer of chocolate and sprinkled with nuts. The Drumstick is then frozen until it is ready to be packaged and shipped.

There are several varieties of the Drumstick available, including the original, which is filled with vanilla ice cream and topped with chocolate and peanuts, and the "King Size," which is larger and contains more ice cream. There are also specialty flavors available, such as mint chocolate chip and cookies and cream.
