Dry orgasm

From WikiMD's Wellness Encyclopedia

Dry orgasm is a condition where a man reaches sexual climax but does not ejaculate, resulting in an orgasm that is felt but without the release of semen from the penis. This can occur in men of all ages, but is more common in men who have had certain types of surgery, or men who have a medical condition that affects the prostate or the seminal vesicles.

Causes[edit | edit source]

Dry orgasm can be caused by a variety of factors, including:

Symptoms[edit | edit source]

The main symptom of dry orgasm is the lack of ejaculation during orgasm. Some men may also experience a decrease in sexual pleasure, while others may not notice any difference.

Treatment[edit | edit source]

Treatment for dry orgasm depends on the underlying cause. If the condition is caused by medication, a different medication may be prescribed. If it is caused by a medical condition, treatment will focus on managing that condition. In some cases, no treatment may be necessary.
