Edward Giobbi (December 21, 1925 – February 12, 2018) was an Italian-American chef and cookbook author. He was born in Hartford, Connecticut and later moved to New York City.

Career[edit | edit source]

Giobbi attended the renowned Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, where he honed his culinary skills. After completing his education, he worked in various restaurants in New York City, gaining experience and refining his techniques.

Giobbi's passion for Italian cuisine led him to become an expert in Italian-American cooking. He authored several cookbooks, including Italian Family Cooking and Eat Right, Eat Well - The Italian Way. His books were well-received and became popular among home cooks and food enthusiasts.
