Emergency Nurses Association
Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) is a professional organization dedicated to advancing excellence in emergency nursing. Founded in 1970, the ENA provides education, advocacy, research, and resources to its members and the broader emergency nursing community.

The ENA was established in 1970 by Judith Kelleher and Anita Dorr, two pioneering emergency nurses who recognized the need for a specialized organization to support the unique challenges faced by emergency nurses. The organization has since grown to include over 50,000 members worldwide.

The mission of the ENA is to advance excellence in emergency nursing. The vision of the ENA is to be the global emergency nursing resource and advocate for Safe Practice and Safe Care.
