Enrique Luis Graue Wiechers (born January 9, 1951) is a prominent Mexican ophthalmologist, academic, and university administrator. He is best known for serving as the Rector of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), one of the most prestigious universities in Latin America.

Enrique Graue Wiechers was born in Mexico City, Mexico. He pursued his medical degree at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), where he later specialized in ophthalmology. Graue Wiechers completed his residency in ophthalmology at the Institute of Ophthalmology "Conde de Valenciana" in Mexico City.
