Eve Russell
Eve Russell is a fictional character from the American soap opera Passions, which aired on NBC from July 5, 1999, to September 7, 2007, and on DirecTV from September 17, 2007, to August 7, 2008. The character was portrayed by actress Tracey Ross throughout the show's entire run.

Eve Russell is introduced as a respected physician in the fictional town of Harmony. She is married to T.C.
