Fabio Concas (born 10 May 1986 in Cagliari, Italy) is an Italian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder. Throughout his career, Concas has played for various clubs in the lower tiers of Italian football, including stints at Cagliari, Olbia, and Livorno.

Fabio Concas began his professional career with Cagliari in 2004 but did not make any appearances for the first team. He then moved to Olbia in 2005, where he began to establish himself in the Italian lower leagues. Over the years, Concas has played for several clubs, often moving between teams annually or biennially.
