The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of Taiwan, officially known as the Taiwan Food and Drug Administration (TFDA), is a government agency under the Ministry of Health and Welfare of the Republic of China. The TFDA is responsible for ensuring the safety, efficacy, and quality of food, drugs, medical devices, and cosmetics in Taiwan.

The TFDA was established on 1 January 2010, following the merger of the Bureau of Food Safety, Bureau of Pharmaceutical Affairs, and Bureau of Food and Drug Analysis.
