Fu Pei-mei
Fu Pei-mei (Chinese: 傅培梅; 1931 – 2004) was a renowned Taiwanese cooking instructor, television personality, and cookbook author who played a pivotal role in popularizing Taiwanese and Chinese cuisine around the world. Her career spanned over four decades, during which she authored numerous cookbooks and hosted the long-running cooking show, "Fu Pei-mei's Chinese Cooking", on Taiwan Television (TTV).
