Gary Holt (footballer)
Gary Holt (born 9 March 1973) is a retired Scottish footballer and current football manager. He is best known for his time as a midfielder with Kilmarnock and Norwich City, as well as his managerial roles with various clubs.

Gary Holt was born in Irvine, Scotland. He began his football career with local youth clubs before joining the professional ranks.

Kilmarnock[edit | edit source]
Holt started his professional career with Kilmarnock in 1994. During his time at the club, he made over 100 appearances and was known for his robust midfield presence.
Norwich City[edit | edit source]
In 2001, Holt transferred to Norwich City. He quickly became a key player for the team, helping them secure promotion to the Premier League in the 2003-2004 season. Holt's performances earned him a place in the Scotland national team, where he earned 10 caps.

After leaving Norwich City, Holt had stints with Nottingham Forest and Wycombe Wanderers before retiring from professional football.
