Ghostbusters II
Ghostbusters II is a 1989 American comedy film directed by Ivan Reitman and written by Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis. It is the sequel to the 1984 film Ghostbusters and the second film in the Ghostbusters franchise. The film stars Bill Murray, Aykroyd, Sigourney Weaver, Ramis, Rick Moranis, Ernie Hudson, and Peter MacNicol.

Five years after the events of the first film, the Ghostbusters have been sued by the city for the damage caused during their ghost-catching activities and are now out of business. However, when a new threat arises in the form of a river of ectoplasmic slime under the city and the resurrection of an ancient sorcerer, the Ghostbusters must come out of retirement to save New York City once again.
